💡 What you’ll be doing

You’ll work closely with our experienced recruitment consultants, learning the ropes and getting stuck in from day one:

• Speaking to candidates daily and building relationships
• Resourcing candidates for live automotive vacancies across the UK
• Learning how to interview, qualify, and match people to roles
• Managing candidate pipelines and CRM systems
• Supporting consultants on key dealership and automotive accounts
• Learning the commercial side of recruitment and how fees are earned

🎓 Training & Qualification

• Level 3 NVQ fully funded
• On-the-job recruitment training from industry experts
• Ongoing coaching, mentoring, and clear progression paths

You don’t need recruitment experience — attitude matters more than a CV.

• Confident communicator (you won’t be scared of the phone)
• Charismatic, driven, and people-focused
• Hard-working with a genuine desire to progress
