Master Technician / Diagnostic Technician – Bexleyheath

Are you an experienced Master Technician or Diagnostic Technician looking for a strong basic salary and steady bonus structure within a professional main dealer environment? Our client is seeking a highly capable Technician to join their busy workshop.

While Master-level ability is preferred, formal Master qualification is not essential — strong diagnostic and major repair experience is key.

Salary: Competitive basic + bonus
OTE: £400 – £500 per month (site profit-based, no efficiency bonus)

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5:30pm
Saturdays: 1 in 2, 8am – 1pm (included in base salary)

What you’ll be doing (and doing brilliantly)

• Carrying out advanced diagnostics and fault finding
• Raising technical cases for warranty using manufacturer systems
• Completing major repairs including clutches and timing belts
• Supporting workshop efficiency and quality standards
• Completing job cards and documentation accurately
• Maintaining high standards of workmanship

What we’re looking for

• Previous main dealer experience (essential)
• Strong diagnostic capability
• Experience with major mechanical repairs
• Confident using computer systems for technical case work
• Professional, team-focused approach
• Full UK driving licence
