Salary: Up to £45,500 basic • £60,000 OTE

You’ll have the open road as your office — but this isn’t a breakdown role. As a Mobile Technician, you’ll carry out planned service visits and support regular fleet customers, building real relationships and keeping their vehicles running smoothly.

This isn’t a standard 9 to 5, Monday to Friday job. You’ll enjoy flexible working hours, no late shifts, and no night shifts. Your fully stocked vehicle will be equipped with the latest tools and technology, giving you everything you need to deliver a top-tier service on the move.

What you’ll be doing (and doing brilliantly)

• Carrying out servicing, maintenance, diagnostics and repairs at customer locations nationwide
• Delivering high-quality technical work across a wide range of vehicles
• Providing clear, professional advice to customers on repairs and maintenance
• Managing your own workload efficiently across multiple daily locations
• Working flexibly as part of a 24/7 mobile operation
• Maintaining high standards of safety, workmanship and customer satisfaction
• Accurately completing job reports and service documentation

What we’re looking for

Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician / Automotive Technician / Mechanic
NVQ Level 2 or 3 (or City & Guilds equivalent)
Full UK driving licence
Confident carrying out mechanical, diagnostic and servicing work independently
Happy to travel daily and work flexibly
Professional, customer-focused approach
Strong time management and organisational skills
EV experience beneficial (full training provided if not)
