Are you an experienced Parts Manager or senior Parts Advisor ready to step up and take ownership of a busy Parts department? Our client — a prestigious automotive brand near Guildford — is looking for a confident Aftersales professional to lead their Parts operation. Whether you’re currently a Parts Manager, Parts Supervisor, Senior Parts Advisor, Parts Controller or an ambitious Aftersales Parts Advisor, this is a great opportunity to run a department properly within a well-supported main dealer environment.
Salary: £40,000 OTE £48,000
Hours: 45 Hours per week

What you’ll be doing (and doing brilliantly)
- Managing the effective, efficient and profitable operation of the Parts department
- Supporting Service, Workshop and Sales with a consistently high parts supply service
- Monitoring sales performance and focusing on the most profitable product lines
- Ensuring all customer and internal parts requirements are met accurately and promptly
- Controlling stock levels in line with budget and manufacturer requirements
- Managing staff cover and workflow to ensure smooth day-to-day operation
- Maintaining and analysing lost sales data, taking action where required
- Liaising directly with manufacturers, suppliers and customers
- Communicating departmental performance, targets and expectations clearly to the team
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience as a Parts Manager, Parts Supervisor or Senior Parts Advisor
- Strong customer focus with excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
- Previous experience within a prestige or main dealer environment
- Confident leadership style with the ability to delegate and develop others
- Commercial awareness and experience working to budgets
- Strong communication skills across all dealership departments
- ADP / Kerridge experience (essential)
