Salary: £29,462 Basic
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm

What you’ll be doing (and doing brilliantly)
• Managing a busy switchboard and directing calls efficiently
• Welcoming customers into the showroom and guiding them to the right department
• Delivering a warm, professional front-of-house experience at all times
• Handling customer enquiries both face-to-face and over the phone
• Ensuring the showroom reception area always reflects brand standards
• Working confidently both independently and as part of a close-knit team

What we’re looking for
• Previous experience as a Receptionist, Showroom Host or in a customer-facing role with a premium or high-end product
• Confident telephone manner with excellent communication skills
• Calm, professional approach when dealing with a variety of customer enquiries
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable using MS Office and basic admin systems
• Friendly, polished and customer-focused attitude
