Are you a qualified Master Technician looking for strong earning potential, uncapped bonus and excellent benefits? Our client is seeking a highly skilled Technician to join their busy dealership workshop, offering clear salary progression and flexible working options.

Salary:

L2 – up to £37,961 basic (£41,021 OTE)
L4 – up to £44,601 basic (£48,831 OTE)
Bonus: Uncapped + 3-month guaranteed bonus on joining
Hours: 40 hours per week
Optional: 42.5-hour week and flexible 4-day working week available

What you’ll be doing (and doing brilliantly)

• Carrying out advanced diagnostics and complex repairs
• Supporting and mentoring other technicians
• Completing servicing and maintenance to manufacturer standards
• Ensuring accurate job cards and technical documentation
• Maintaining high productivity and quality standards

What we’re looking for

• Master Technician / high-level diagnostic qualification
• Strong electrical and fault-finding ability
• Proven experience in a dealership environment
• Professional, team-focused attitude
• Full UK driving licence
