Part-Time Service Advisor – Watford

Are you an experienced Service Advisor looking to reduce your hours without leaving the motor trade? Our client is seeking a knowledgeable and organised Service Advisor to focus primarily on service bookings within their busy aftersales department.

This role would suit a Service Advisor who wants better work–life balance while still working in a professional dealership environment. Motor trade Service Advisor experience is essential.

Salary: £19,000 basic OTE: £20,200

Hours: Monday – Friday, 10am – 4pm

Saturdays 9am – 12pm (rota of 2 on, 3 off)

What you’ll be doing (and doing brilliantly)

• Managing incoming service bookings
• Scheduling appointments efficiently to maximise workshop capacity
• Communicating clearly with customers regarding availability
• Updating systems and maintaining accurate booking records
• Supporting the Service Advisors and workshop team
• Maintaining high levels of customer service

• Proven experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade
• Strong understanding of service processes and workshop scheduling
• Confident communication skills
• Organised and able to manage booking volumes efficiently
• Professional and customer-focused approach
