Salary: £45,000 OTE £90,000 Plus Company Car

What you’ll be doing

• Managing and motivating the used car sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
• Overseeing daily used car sales operations and showroom performance.
• Maximising vehicle sales, profitability, finance penetration and additional product sales.
• Managing used vehicle stock levels, pricing, stocking profiles and vehicle preparation.
• Monitoring sales performance, KPIs and conversion rates.
• Coaching and developing Sales Executives to improve performance.
• Ensuring an outstanding customer experience throughout the sales process.
• Working closely with senior management to develop sales strategies and achieve business objectives.

What we’re looking for

• Previous experience as a Used Car Sales Manager, Sales Controller or Automotive Sales Manager.
• Strong knowledge of the used car market, vehicle valuations and stock management.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving profitability.
• Confident leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and customer service skills.
• Strong understanding ofautomotive finance, compliance and dealership processes.
• Commercially focused, organised and proactive.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
