Vehicle Technician – Kent

Are you an experienced Vehicle Technician / Automotive Mechanic looking for a well-paid role within a busy, professional dealership in Kent? Our client is recruiting a skilled Technician to join their workshop, with strong earning potential and flexibility for experienced Master Technicians.

This is a great opportunity for a Technician who values quality workmanship, a structured workshop, and long-term career stability.

Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 basic + bonus

OTE: Dependent on performance / Master Technician Salary: Negotiable

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5:30pm 1 in 2 Saturdays, 8am – 1pm (included in package)

What you’ll be doing

• Carrying out servicing, maintenance and repairs to manufacturer standards
• Diagnosing faults and completing repairs efficiently
• Completing job cards and technical reports accurately
• Working to productivity and quality targets
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work area
• Supporting high levels of customer satisfaction

What we’re looking for

• NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)
• Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician or Automotive Mechanic
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Professional attitude and strong work ethic
• Full UK driving licence
• Master Technician status highly desirable but not essential
