Vehicle Technician – Leicester 

Are you an experienced Vehicle Technician / Automotive Mechanic looking for a role with clear pay progression and strong bonus potential? Our client is seeking Technicians at various levels to join their busy, professional workshop.

Salary: £28,000 – £38,000 basic (DOE) Diagnostic level: £32,000 – £36,000
Bonus: Up to £10,000 per year (uncapped)
Hours: 40 per week Saturdays: 1 in 4 (included in salary)

What you’ll be doing (and doing brilliantly)

• Servicing, maintenance and repairs to manufacturer standards
• Diagnosing and resolving faults efficiently
• Completing job cards and reports accurately
• Working to productivity and quality targets
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

What we’re looking for

• NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)
• Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician
• Strong diagnostic skills for higher salary band
• Full UK driving licence
