Diagnostic Technician / Senior Head Technician – Croydon

Are you an experienced Diagnostic Technician or Senior Head Technician looking for a well-paid role within a busy, professional workshop? Our client is seeking a highly skilled technician to take on a senior-level position within their team.

Salary: £35,000 – £38,000 basic

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5:30pm

Saturdays: Every other Saturday, 8:30am – 1pm (included in salary)

What you’ll be doing (and doing brilliantly)

• Diagnosing complex faults and carrying out advanced repairs
• Supporting and guiding other technicians where required
• Completing servicing, maintenance and repair work to high standards
• Ensuring accurate job cards and technical reporting
• Maintaining productivity and quality targets
• Supporting overall workshop efficiency

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience as a Diagnostic Technician or Senior Technician
• Strong electrical and fault-finding skills
• Ability to lead by example within the workshop
• High attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Full UK driving licence
