Vehicle Technician – West London

Are you an experienced Vehicle Technician / Automotive Mechanic looking for a well-paid role within a busy, professional workshop? Our client is seeking a skilled Technician to join their team, offering strong basic pay and bonus potential.

Salary: £40,000 – £44,000 + bonus
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am – 6pm (1-hour lunch) Saturdays: 1 in 4, 9am – 1pm (paid at standard overtime rate)

What you’ll be doing (and doing brilliantly)

• Carrying out servicing, maintenance and repairs to manufacturer standards
• Diagnosing faults and completing repairs efficiently
• Completing job cards and technical reports accurately
• Working to productivity and quality targets
• Maintaining a clean and organised working environment
• Delivering high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction

What we’re looking for

• NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)
• Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Full UK driving licence
