Vehicle Technician – Tiptree
Are you a qualified Vehicle Technician looking for a Monday–Friday role with no weekend working? Our client in Tiptree is seeking a Level 3 qualified Technician to join their close-knit workshop team.

This is a great opportunity to work within a small, supportive environment where you’ll be valued as the 5th member of a 4-technician team.

Salary: Flexible basic + bonus

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5:30pm

What you’ll be doing (and doing brilliantly)

• Carrying out servicing, maintenance and repairs
• Diagnosing and resolving faults efficiently
• Completing job cards and documentation accurately
• Working to quality and productivity standards
• Maintaining a clean and organised workshop

What we’re looking for

• NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (essential)
• Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
• Ability to work well within a small team
• Full UK driving licence
