These Candidate Terms of Use explain the basis on which you engage with theo for recruitment services. By applying for a job, submitting your CV, registering your details, contacting us, or using our website, you accept these Terms.

Your information is processed in line with our Privacy Policy. We may review your CV, contact you, store your profile, match you with opportunities, and complete compliance checks if required.

4. Sharing Your Details With Clients

By applying or submitting your details, you understand we may share your CV or profile with clients where reasonably expected—for example when applying for a job, expressing interest in opportunities, or registering for representation. If you want us to check before sharing in any case, just let us know.

5. No Guarantee of Employment

We cannot guarantee interviews, offers, feedback, or job availability. Client decisions are outside our control.

6. Candidate Responsibilities

You agree to behave professionally, not submit unlawful or offensive content, not misuse communication channels, not disrupt the recruitment process, and not use false identities.

7. Conduct During Recruitment

Attend interviews on time, communicate honestly, provide accurate references, and disclose relevant obligations such as notice periods or restrictions.

8. Our Responsibilities

We act professionally, respect your data, communicate updates where possible, and follow UK law.

9. Termination

You may request removal at any time. We may end representation if you breach terms or provide misleading information.

10. Liability

We are not liable for losses or interruptions, and are not responsible for client decisions or delays. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

11. Changes to These Terms

Updates may occur. The latest version will always be available.

12. Governing Law

England & Wales law applies. Disputes handled exclusively in England & Wales courts.
